💰 Pay: $22–$28 per hour (based on location)

🚛 What You'll Do

This position will be responsible for all driver training functions for the CDL training program at their assigned location.

The CDL Driver Trainer works under the guidance and supervision of the Program Director, Lead Driver Trainer, or their designee.

The CDL Driver Trainer will:

• Teach students in the classroom, on the range, and over the road
• Create and maintain a positive, motivating learning environment
• Deliver instructional material that gets students road-ready
• Handle the administrative side of the training program

• Proven longevity and experience in the trucking industry
• Excellent communication skills
• The physical ability, knowledge, and leadership to teach over the road, on the range, and in the classroom
