This Packer/Order Puller position requires candidates to prepare customer orders for safe shipment by inspecting, wrapping, boxing, and labeling merchandise in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during a full shift.
• High level of accuracy to ensure the right items and quantities match customer orders.
• Comfort using RF scanners, basic computers, or automated inventory systems.

• Read pick lists or use handheld digital scanners to locate and gather correct items from warehouse inventory.
• Inspect products for cracks, damage, or missing parts before preparing them for transit.
• Select appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, dunnage, and tape to secure goods and prevent shifting during delivery.
• Print and attach accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and destination markers to completed packages.
• Keep the packing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packaging supplies
