A warehouse associate keeps inventory moving safely and accurately. This role requires physical stamina, basic math skills, and strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming delivery trucks and load outgoing shipments
• Gather items from shelves using pick lists or scanners and pack them securely
• Scan, label, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Keep the work area clean, sweep floors, dispose of cardboard, and report safety hazards.

• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy objects (often 30 to 50 pounds).
• Good teamwork and listening skills to coordinate daily tasks with supervisors.
• Comfort using handheld barcode scanners, tablets, or basic inventory software.
