Clerical Services Position

Performs basic routine tasks in data control in the field of Clerical Services. Little to no problem-solving is required, but needs to adhere closely to a defined process and guidelines, and act conscientiously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration - Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Work Scheduling and Allocation - Work according to an assigned schedule.
  • Document Management - File records or documents as instructed.
  • Document Preparation - Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.
  • Data Collection and Analysis - Perform basic data entry tasks.
  • Data Management - File and retrieve documents from company filing systems.

High Speed Internet capability and ability to connect computer tower directly to router.

This position supports a U.S. government contract that requires U.S. citizenship.

Conditions of Employment:

  • You must be a U.S. citizen to apply.
  • You must successfully pass a background investigation and complete the Public Trust security clearance process.

Training:

Training will be scheduled approximately 6 to 8 weeks after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $30,300 - $50,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $31,800 - $53,100.
