Hire Dynamics is seeking a dependable warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team. This position is responsible for safely handling products, following work instructions, maintaining an organized work area, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move and organize materials
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Complete assigned task accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Move product operating a forklift
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Operating a pallet hack and forklift
