Injection Molder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Lead daily Custom Molding production activities while supporting operators and maintaining workflow.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Assist with machine setups, material loading, and troubleshooting minor production issues.
• Complete production documentation and monitor output to meet production goals. Train team members and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Injection Molder Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience and lead/supervisory experience required.
• Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, routings, and detailed work instructions.
• Strong math and measurement skills, including reading rulers, converting fractions, and performing basic calculations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs. routinely.
