Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled PackerBlack Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Packer to join our client's warehouse in Salem. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with great accuracyVerify final quality control of finished goods to ensure top standardsEnsure UPC codes are properly affixed on all packagesMaintain accurate paperwork and submit documentation promptlyAssist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisorQualifications & RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyCapable of standing, bending, and reaching for extended periodsMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screeningHigh school diploma or equivalentWork Schedule & BenefitsFull-time position with an 8-hour day shift (7:00am - 4:00pm)Overtime and weekend availability requiredCompetitive pay between $15.00 - $16.00/hour depending on experienceOn-site work at a well-organized warehouse environmentAt Black Bear Talent, we pride ourselves on partnering with you to find the right career fit
