Warehouse Associate Brame Specialty Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Work Schedule : From 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday $17.00 - $18.00 / hour What Youll Do as a Warehouse Associate Receive, inspect, and store incoming products accurately Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet customer expectations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Assist with inventory control, including labeling, stocking, and cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines Perform other related duties as assigned What Were Looking For Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is required; candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment from day one Forklift or material handling experience is required Working knowledge of warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, and safe equipment use Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required Ability to pass company background screening, motor vehicle report and drug testing requirements Physical and Work Environment Requirements for a Warehouse Associate Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 130 lbs. with assistance Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to operate and safely navigate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) Moderate to high noise level in the work environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Short-term and long-term disability coverage Company-paid life insurance, plus voluntary life insurance options Voluntary accident and critical illness coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, vacation time, and holiday pay Employee discount program About Brame Specialty Company Brame Specialty Company has served customers across the Carolinas and Virginia since 1924.
