Welder/Fitter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)

• Fit and weld structural steel components using blueprints and weld symbols
• Perform MIG welding to meet quality and production standards
• Measure, cut, and grind materials for proper fit-up
• Inspect welds and finished parts for accuracy and strength
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Welder/Fitter Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass both a written weld test and a hands-on (manual) weld test
• Proven experience as a welder/fitter, preferably with structural steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Basic math and measuring skills required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
