Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary based on operational needs)

What's the Job?

• Sort and organize daily orders for delivery or processing
• Verify order accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist with staging and preparing shipments
• Support general warehouse organization and workflow
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Requires confidentiality
