SUMMARY OF ROLEThis position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and improving the grounds of all CrossPointe owned properties.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESTrim and fertilize lawns, shrubs, and trees regularlyMaintain the comprehensive care of the CrossPointe Waterfall GardensProvide regular maintenance to all of our lawn care equipment and vehiclesAssist in winter snow and ice removal from roads and walkwaysApply pesticides and weed control as neededAssist in the campus recycling programMaintain trash bins, lawns, walks and mulching areasOther duties and projects as assigned by team leaderREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIESDemonstrates humility and a growth mindset with an attitude of servant-leadership; placing serving over being served and collaboration over individualizationA commitment to The Foursquare “one-team” growth cultureAt least 4 years of grounds keeping and maintenance experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, clear communicatorAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamOrganized, self-starter with a positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detailAdaptable and able to learn quicklyExperienced with Office 365PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity of fingers, hands and wrists; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the phone; have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those assigned to this position.
