Inventory Control Assistant

Fink's Jewelers is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to join our Home Office team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses a high degree of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. In this role, you will bridge the gap between vendors, buyers, and our digital inventory system to ensure smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate detailed merchandise descriptions using vendor invoices.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry of new products and updated pricing into the company database.
• Collaborate with store personnel to accurately receive purchase orders.
• Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication across multiple internal teams to preserve data integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven data entry skills with an emphasis on precision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience highly regarded.
• Previous inventory control experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
