Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and location-specific policies; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner; Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the shopping mall and perimeter to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, loading areas, and high-traffic entrances to ensure orderly movement; Document observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns and report them per Allied Universal procedures
