YOUR ROLEYou're a part-time stock brand Ambassador, expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Passion for AEO Brand Standards, eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!Your ResponsibilitiesYou are passionate about brand standards and are a go‑getter in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.You manage the Stockroom efficiently, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.When you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, devise a plan and take action to correct it.You help team members complete non‑stock related tasks or assist guests when needed.Integrity and safety are priorities both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
