Automotive Service Dispatcher The Automotive Service Dispatcher is experienced and results-focused, responsible for dispatching work to technicians and maintaining daily schedules for all technicians.Distribute shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policyAssign work to the correct technician levelEnsure that technicians follow warranty policy and procedure guidelinesAdminister safety and housekeeping policies and proceduresReview hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properlyEnsure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection formsMaintain a record of carryover vehiclesCoordinate parts requirements with the Parts DepartmentSpot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completionEnsure that all repair orders are accounted for and properly documentedAssists in all other areas of the Service DepartmentAchieves the production objectives set by managementMaintains high ethical standards in all actions
