The primary responsibility of the Illuminights Attendant is to provide excellent customer service and logistical support to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the event. The role includes assisting customers with requests, resolving complaints, and supporting the setup, operation, and breakdown of event displays and attractions. Education: Required: None Experience: Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a variety of settings. Certifications/Licenses: Must possess a valid Virginia driver's license and have a good driving record. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Additional Requirements: Subject to a complete criminal history and Child Protective Services background search with acceptable results. May be subject to DMV driving record review as required by amount of work-related driving, specified by support responsibilities. Must also be able to perform the job as described in the Physical and Environmental Demands section of this job description. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
