MFA Clinical Consulting is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Clinical Services Administrative Assistant to join our office in Roanoke, VA.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to corporate clinical leadership and the Clinical Services department.
  • Arrange meeting logistics, including room reservations, agendas, presentation materials, and catering.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Assist with departmental dashboards, reporting, and special projects.
  • Coordinate educational events, leadership meetings, and training sessions.
  • Compile, track, and maintain clinical and operational data using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow-through on tracking and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience in healthcare, long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care is preferred.
