SubsidiarySteel DynamicsOverviewRequires loading cars, keeping up with inventory, operating mobile equipment, clean up, following the crane, stacking/re-stacking of bundles. All duties assigned by the supervisor are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to the following:Placing dunnage on stacks, trucks, or railcarsScanning material in and out of inventoryVisually inspect material for apparent surface defectsBand bundles and railcars as requiredOperate mobile equipment including truck shifter, forklift and rail shifterLoad trucks and railcars with finished material, billets and secondary itemsSecure and tarp trailers as requiredCommunicate with drivers and other departmentsWork and cover overtime when requiredStack/ re-stack steel bundlesAny other duties assigned by LeadershipQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentPractical computer skillsPreferred:2- Year Verifiable work experience in an industrial environment.Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
