Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry‑leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real‑world results and help move society forward.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPackage materials for shipmentReceive, unpack, verify, and stock incoming goods in assigned locationsLoad and unload trucks; move materials throughout the plant using a fork truck or pallet jackSupport efficient and controlled material flow across operationsMaintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety standardsKeep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas clean and organizedQualificationsThe following are the minimum requirements to successfully perform this role and represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in production or warehouse operations preferredPrior shipping and receiving experience preferredCurrent fork truck license requiredMinimum 1 year of fork truck and warehouse experience requiredSkillsStrong communication skills (verbal and written); ability to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levelsExperience operating material handling equipment, including fork trucksBasic carpentry skills, including use of small power toolsPhysical DemandsRegularly required to stand, sit, and perform tasks involving repetitive movementAbility to use a computer for extended periods as neededVision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentMust be able to safely handle metals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, and steelWork EnvironmentExposure to moving and heated mechanical parts, airborne particles, adhesive fumes, and energized electrical systemsModerate noise levels may occur periodicallyRequired personal protective equipment (PPE) will be providedAdditional InformationWork Location: On‑siteCompensation & BenefitsHiring Salary Range: $17.35 – $22.00 per hourThis role includes:Competitive bonus plan based on individual, team, and company performanceComprehensive benefits packageWe may use technology‑assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support the hiring process.
