Junior E-shop Manager

We are looking for a Junior E-shop Manager who will contribute to the operational management and development of the e-commerce activities of the Lovable website.

The position:

Daily management of our e-shop (Italian and international); Collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) and external interlocutors in an international context to ensure the best customer experience and the achievement of sales objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the e-commerce site on Shopify (Italian and international)
• Management of the product catalog, loading and management of collections
• Implementation of online commercial actions
• Management of digital content and assets ensuring the quality of content and respect for brand guidelines
• Support to second level customer care through ticketing platform
• Monitoring performance: sales KPIs, traffic, conversion, and stock
• Production of periodic reports and performance dashboards.
• Collaboration with marketing, retail, and CRM teams for the optimization of digital content and activities, in particular newsletters.
• Support to the planning of commercial activities and product launches
• Monitor the positioning of products on competitor sites to identify improvement opportunities.

Profile sought:

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, management engineering or similar
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales support or similar roles (also significant internships)
• Strong interest in the world of e-commerce and digital retail with curiosity and desire to acquire new skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel and the main Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international context
• Predilection for teamwork, but with the ability to work independently
• Attitude to problem solving and collaborative spirit
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Prestashop)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Power BI)

Salary range: € 28,000 - € 32,000
