Responsable De Cocina Para Alojamiento Turístico En León

We are looking for a responsible person to lead the kitchen of a tourist accommodation in León, oriented to pilgrims and tourists. We are looking for an organized profile that enjoys working in a simple but well-run kitchen, maintaining the order, quality, and good functioning of the traditional buffet service. Main functions: Daily organization and supervision of the kitchen. Menu elaboration and follow-up. Management of escandallos and cost control. Supervision of labeling and compliance with HACCP. Stock control, orders, and product conservation. Coordination of the kitchen team. Requirements: Previous experience in the kitchen, especially in collectives, hotels, residences, camps, or similar. Knowledge of escandallos, labeling, and sanitary control. Dynamic, organized profile with adaptability. Good work pace and attention to detail. Position conditions: Immediate incorporation. Indefinite contract with a previous trial period. Full-time with a continuous shift. Two days off. Salary: 23-25,000€ gross per year.
