We are looking for a responsible person to lead the kitchen of a tourist accommodation in León, oriented to pilgrims and tourists. We are looking for an organized profile that enjoys working in a simple but well-run kitchen, maintaining order, quality, and the good functioning of the traditional buffet service. Main functions: Organization and daily supervision of the kitchen. Elaboration and follow-up of menus. Management of scalops and cost control. Supervision of labeling and compliance with HACCP. Control of stock, orders, and product conservation. Coordination of the kitchen team. Requirements: Previous experience in cooking, especially in collective kitchens, hotels, residences, camps, or similar. Knowledge of scalops, labeling, and sanitary control. Dynamic, organized profile with adaptability. Good work pace and attention to detail. Conditions of the position: Immediate incorporation. Indefinite contract with a previous trial period. Full-time with a regular shift. Two days off. Salary: 23-25,000€ gross annual.
