Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Warehouse Associate keeps our operations running smoothly by managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders. You'll ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe workspace, process returns, and operate material-handling equipment. This role may also support deliveries and requires basic computer skills, with inventory or equipment experience a plus.

The Warehouse Associate will:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting any damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
• Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
• Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

• Valid REAL ID or passport (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing)

Preferred:

• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker)
• Experience with delivery vehicles (vans, box trucks up to 26')
• Familiarity with inventory management systems

Work environment & physical demands include:

• Lift up to 75 lbs; climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
