Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages with precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
