Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Location: Based in Loudon, NH with service calls throughout New Hampshire.

Lakes Region HVAC is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting ability, professional customer service skills, and hands-on HVAC field experience. The right candidate will be comfortable servicing residential and light commercial systems while representing the company with professionalism on every job.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Work on heating, cooling, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system evaluations
Communicate professionally with customers while on site
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow company standards, safety procedures, and best practices

Qualifications
4-5+ years of in-field HVAC service experience preferred
A New Hampshire gas license is required
Valid drivers license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements required.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits
Full-time, year-round work. W-2 Employment.
Pay: $35-$60 per hour, based on licensing, certifications, and experience.
