About the Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead department-level and complex, enterprise-wide technology and transformation initiatives. You'll own and drive a portfolio of projects from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects land on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity, improving processes, and knows how to get things done in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the Director of the Project Management Organization within the IT & Transformation Office. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors. Support software selection processes, including guiding business leadership in the decision-making process Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriately Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation with business and technical teams Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project outcomes Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams across multiple locations Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
