Southeastern Freight Lines - - Responsibilities: Respond to calls or contact customers regarding the status of shipments, billing questions, CODs, driver collect, tracing, problems, or rating information; Research and answer requests for information from internal customers or other Service Centers; Call and schedule delivery appointments; Assist drivers with pick-up or delivery problems; Enter closed, dispatched, and arrived loads into the computer
