As a Second Shift Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you are the operational nerve center of the shift. You'll coordinate time-sensitive deliveries, manage courier activity in real time, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients who depend on us for critical, same-day logistics.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Every other weekend on-call (paid) for warehouse parts pulls Location: Roanoke, VA — In-PersonServe as the central communication hub for all emergency and non-emergency dispatch activity during your shiftDirect couriers via phone, radio, and dispatch software — adjusting routes in real time based on traffic, capacity, and client requirementsMaintain accurate logs, call records, and system entries throughout the shiftCoordinate weekend on-call warehouse parts pulls on a rotating basis (compensated)Have 3–5+ years of direct customer service or dispatch experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, healthcare, or a similarly fast-paced environmentAre comfortable with dispatch software, mapping tools, and Microsoft Office — and can learn new systems quicklyTake ownership of your shift and treat every delivery as if it matters — because it doesHigh school diploma or equivalent
