Cornerstone Building Brands - 433 North Main Street - Responsibilities: Provide direction to production team to meet key metrics accurately and in a timely manner; Monitor line staffing and adjust staffing levels daily to achieve goals; Ensure all components and paperwork for next schedule are ready; Interact with Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Assurance, Production Staff and Warehouse operations to achieve smooth production runs; Enforce safety policies and conduct accident investigations as required
