Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas; Assist with access control duties by monitoring entry points, checking identification and/or credentials when required, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy violations; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location expectations; Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)
