Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify potential concerns, support policy compliance, and report maintenance or operational issues.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site procedures, and help support authorized access throughout the location.; Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation related to security-related activities, patrol findings, and daily operations.
