Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, accident-free work environment by consistently following OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout procedures, and by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).; Actively participate in safety meetings and initiatives, and contribute to a strong safety culture across the facility.; Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and assemblies to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.; Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify, install, and remove electrical and mechanical equipment and assemblies as needed to support production.; Coordinate maintenance activities and tasks with operations and other team members to minimize disruption to production schedules.
