Elwood Staffing - 1919 Electric Road - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repair CNC and automated production equipment; Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues; Install, modify, and improve machinery to support production efficiency; Read blueprints and use hand tools to identify and resolve equipment breakdowns; Work with advanced equipment such as plasma tables, drill lines, and robotic welders
