Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organizations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their U.S.-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be responsible for: Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow Optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and planners Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 5-10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations Experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Production Management Supply Chain Management or Planning Procurement or Sourcing Logistics or Distribution Operations Manufacturing or Process Engineering Quality Engineering or Quality Management Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageousBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Training & Development
