Our #1 asset is our people, and we emphasize the importance of culture and teamwork on a daily basis.We are looking for Crew Members - placement would be based on experience and knowledge of the green industry.Production Responsibilities:Practices safety protocols established by the companyFollows company policies and proceduresMaintains and conveys a professional and positive image of Clean-Cut Lawn and LandscapingEngages in positive interactions with customersMiscellaneous Responsibilities:Operates company equipment safelyArrives to work on timeOther tasks assigned as necessaryRequirements:Valid Driver's LicenseExperience in green industry or trades fieldStoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more requiredMust be willing to work overtimeResponsibilities:Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing and edgingPlant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and treesPrune trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growthOperate and maintain landscaping equipmentAssist with garden bed maintenance and weedingCommunicate effectively with team memebersExperience:Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferredMechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance is a plusAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyJob Type: Full-timePay: up to $22.50Company Description Clean Cut is a family-owned landscape maintenance organization.
