Job Title: Data Center Project Engineer

About the Role

Provide essential project engineering coordination services to ensure smooth installation verification, documentation readiness, and engineering workflow execution under senior site leadership. This hands-on role supports construction project delivery by maintaining accurate records, facilitating cross-team alignment, and driving issue resolution in active construction environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil, Construction, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven documentation accuracy and organizational skills
• Comfort working in active construction environments (PPE required)
• Basic literacy reading engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and field teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with construction administration, RFI/submittal processes
• Familiarity with MEP systems, structural installations, or building commissioning
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and site management practices

Location - Onsite in Blue Ridge, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $65K-$90K USD annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
