Dover - - Responsibilities: Travel nationally and internationally as Maag/Gala's primary technical representative to customers; Provide on-site and off-site technical support for Maag equipment including plastic pelletizing systems and polymer pump/filtration systems; Conduct customer visits for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities; Provide training to customers at Maag/Gala facilities or customer sites; Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, parts and equipment sales to develop customer-focused solutions
