Commercial / Industrial HVAC Project Manager Established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Commercial/ Industrial HVAC Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects. Projects include: Commercial buildings Manufacturing facilities Warehouses Cold storage facilities Large distribution centers Hospitality projects Additional large-scale industrial/commercial work Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects valued at up to $10 M and possess strong coordination, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing communication skills.
