Job Details

Pizza Gurus are directly responsible for the accurate and efficient cooking of all pizzas. They also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates. Pizza Gurus must be highly organized, efficient, and cool under the pressure of a busy kitchen. Pizza Gurus must also have superior communication skills to work with their fellow line cooks to ensure correct ticket timing.
Line Cooks are directly responsible for the accurate and efficient cooking of all menu items. They also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates. Line Cooks will work one of two stations: Salad or Grill. Line Cooks must be highly organized, efficient, and cool under the pressure of a busy kitchen. Line Cooks must also have superior communication skills to work with their fellow team members to ensure correct ticket timing.
