Job Details

Manages construction projects for Carilion Clinic. Supervises work of Project Managers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion in compliance with functional requirements, organization standards and applicable codes. Applies key financial concepts and analysis to decision making. Develops and implements actionable work plans with measurable outcomes. Continually assesses and reallocates resources to meet demands. Prepares department operating and capital budgets, submits to Director and Administration for approval and performs in accordance to approved budgets. As key liaison with clients, Carilion personnel, and external construction resources, holds self and team accountable for maintaining the highest possible performance standards, professionalism and ethical behavior.
