We are seeking a Hospice Chaplain - Volunteer Coordinator who will bring comfort, counsel, and purpose to patients and families through spiritual care and volunteer support. What You'll Do as a Chaplain - Volunteer Coordinator:Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers in alignment with their beliefs and values. Serve as a spiritual care leader and member of the interdisciplinary hospice team. Develop and implement individualized spiritual care plans. Conduct home and facility visits, offering prayer, counsel, or presence based on patient/family needs. Lead the recruitment, training, and placement of hospice volunteers. Coordinate volunteer assignments to support patients and families. Advocate for the role of volunteers in the hospice care model and maintain required documentation.
