Cornerstone Building Brands - - Responsibilities: Provide direction to all production team members to ensure key metrics are met accurately and in a timely manner; Monitor line staffing and adjust staffing levels daily to meet goals while controlling manpower costs; Ensure all components and paperwork for next schedule are ready; Interact with Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Assurance, Production Staff and Warehouse operations to achieve smooth production runs; Conduct or participate in accident investigations as required
