Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity and sharing information with site contacts when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and crowd flow at entry and exit points, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing high-traffic areas, responding to alarms and calls for service, and following post orders related to retail operations.
