Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers responsible for MW-scale wind turbine power converter design and development. Set team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with subsystem, product, and business objectives. Lead development of power converter systems across concept, design, validation, industrialization, and lifecycle support. Ensure converter designs meet performance, reliability, cost, manufacturability, serviceability, and regulatory requirements. Drive technical decision-making and issue resolution for all converter platforms. Partner with Systems and Operations to deliver on NPI commitments. Align closely with interfacing Subsystems to ensure seamless electrical, mechanical, and software integration.
