APP - Gastroenterology - Christiansburg, VA - Carilion Clinic has a full time APP opportunity with Gastroenterology in Christiansburg, VA . This is a patient-focused gastroenterology practice providing comprehensive care for digestive and liver disorders. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate APP (NP or PA) to join our gastroenterology team. The APP will work collaboratively with gastroenterologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with gastrointestinal conditions in an outpatient settings. Hours are Monday- Friday; 8-5. Key Responsibilities. Evaluate and manage patients with GI conditions (e.g., GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease)Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and follow-up visits. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results. Develop and manage treatment plans under physician collaboration. Provide patient education on conditions, medications, and procedures.
