Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and/or unusual activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Support retail operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, monitoring high-traffic areas, and/or helping with crowd and line management during busy periods
