Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter, as conditions vary by site.; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations to help support a secure shopping environment.; Assist with access-related activities, crowd flow, and/or closing procedures as directed by site policies, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
