Apply via Dice today!OverviewThis is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: Virginia.This Senior Product & Digital Business Implementation manager will be part of the Commercial Digital group within Silicon Valley Bank/First Citizens Bank's Enterprise Digital organization.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Implementation Manager, Digital:Track and maintain net feature/migration readiness itemsCoordinate working sessions across stakeholders including our Strategic Activation and Alignment team as well as relevant stakeholders; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverablesCollect and reconcile data from Data Analytics, Product and other partners needed to support readiness activities and for leadership status reportingCoordinate and reconcile updates to impacted business teams' processesManages status reporting on business initiatives and related communications to other key stakeholdersIdentify and communicate readiness risks that could impact migration/new featuresActs as an advocate for all business stakeholders within the lifecycle of a project, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in advance of a launchDrive and ensures completion of required post-launch activities and post-mortems and lessons learnedDelivery expectationsRun/facilitate the following routinesProduct and BIM DiscussionsExtended Team meetingPublish meeting notes and recaps with next stepsMaintain and manage project tracker - responsible for dates and activities for migration/net new feature releasesUpdate risks/issues/decision logs impacting migrations/net new feature releasesMaintain accurate documentation and meeting notesQualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience inCurrent or prior experience as a contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank and/or any of its subsidiaries is required.Benefits are an integral part of total rewards and First Citizens Bank is committed to providing a competitive, thoughtfully designed and quality benefits program to meet the needs of our associates.
