Prepare annual client service plans. Conduct open enrollment meetings, health fairs, and webinars. Collect client information for HIB technology offerings. Author correspondence, communication materials, and compliance notices. Negotiate rates and benefits with carriers. Other duties as assigned. Core Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills to assist Producers in meeting deadlines. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of employee benefits/health plan implementation and administration. Familiarity with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other health insurance regulations. Ability to negotiate rates and benefits with carriers. High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
