Looking for a clear route into Head of Supply Chain, with global exposure and 1-2-1 development?

This is a global automotive manufacturer supplying into major OEMs, with strong backing from international leadership and continued investment in its U.S. operations.

You'll step into a role where you can take control and drive performance across the full supply chain. You'll work closely with production, manage customer demand, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll have real visibility across the business and regular interaction with global teams. There's no Head of Supply Chain currently in place, so this role gives you a clear route into that level as the site continues to grow.

You'll also get tailored 1-2-1 training, working alongside experienced international teams, giving you the support to develop quickly while still having full ownership of the department.

This role would suit a Supply Chain Manager or Planning Leader from an Automotive / Logistics background ready to step up, with full backing from a global company!

The Role:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including planning, materials, and logistics
• Work closely with production to manage schedules, materials flow, and changes
• Manage a small international team across the U.S., Brazil, and Turkey
• Drive cost control, supplier coordination, and SAP-based processes

The Person:

• Background in automotive supply chain, logistics, or production planning
• Experience working with major OEMs would give you an advantage (Ford, GM, etc.)
• Confident communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
